Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is processed, it is handed off to our fulfillment partner for shipping.

Shipping Times

Our products ship directly from our trusted fulfillment centers. Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 6–13 business days after the 1-3 business days of order being processed. 

Delivery times may vary depending on high‑volume seasons, customs delays, or carrier issues.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear while the package is in transit between facilities.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers if this happens.

Shipping Address Errors

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, we cannot issue refunds once the order has shipped. If the package returns to the carrier, we can reship it to the corrected address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we will:

• Reship your order for free, or

• Issue a full refund

A package is considered lost if it has no movement for 15+ days or exceeds the maximum estimated delivery window.

Customs & Import Fees

Most orders do not incur customs fees. However, if your country charges import taxes, the customer is responsible for paying them.
